2. No cookies, no tracking
This website does not set cookies, does not use analytics or tracking tools and does not embed third-party content (no external fonts, scripts, maps, videos or social media plugins). Visiting the website therefore does not transfer any data to third parties.
The only exception is a non-public, password-protected editing area: when our staff log in there, a technically necessary session cookie is set, which is deleted when they log out or close the browser (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, Section 25(2) no. 2 TDDDG). Visitors to the website do not receive any cookies.
3. Hosting and server log files
The website is hosted by IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Str. 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany. When a page is requested, the web server automatically processes technically necessary data and stores it temporarily in log files: IP address, date and time of access, requested page or file, amount of data transferred, status code, referrer URL, browser and operating system.
This processing is necessary to deliver the website and to keep it secure and stable (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The log files are deleted automatically when the hosting provider’s retention period ends. A data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is in place with IONOS.
4. Contact by e-mail
If you contact us by e-mail, for example with a question about our products, we process your details only to handle your request and any follow-up questions (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for pre-contractual requests, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We delete the data once it is no longer needed for this purpose, unless statutory retention obligations apply.
5. Links to other websites
This website contains links, for example to the website of R&S consumer goods GmbH. Data is only transferred to the respective provider when you click such a link. That provider is responsible for any processing on its site.
6. Your rights
You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16 GDPR), erasure (Art. 17 GDPR), restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR), data portability (Art. 20 GDPR) and the right to object to processing based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (Art. 21 GDPR). To exercise these rights, write to info@rsgermany.de.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR). The authority responsible for us is: Die Landesbeauftragte für den Datenschutz Niedersachsen, Prinzenstraße 5, 30159 Hannover, Germany, www.lfd.niedersachsen.de.
7. Changes
We update this privacy policy when the website or the legal requirements change. Last updated: October 2026.
